On the other hand, the content obtained by the user and/or client through their request of reports and market studies, from their contracted services. SCRABIN is responsible for maintaining the control and supervision of the platform. Regarding the content of the fraudulent information, SCRABIN, has the power to: (i) carry out content removal; (ii) require rectification or publish information, (iii) block the user and / or client offender and / or terminate the contractual relationship in force, without claiming values for services not rendered; (iv) inform the relevant authorities of the illegal actions carried out on the platform and provide the evidence that it considers relevant.
SCRABIN is not responsible for issuing reports containing errors on the information obtained through its market research since it is a fully automatic and / or automated service.

SCRABIN is in no way responsible for the errors that may be found in our market research or reports, generated from the general conditions and its derivatives, of errors deriving from the original source, as well as if they are lacking in veracity, updates or obtaining complete information from the companies or for information whose data has already been requested.
The user and / or client can see all of the conditions in which SCRABIN will respond to or not for what is contracted in all other legal notices and policies.
By registering on our platform, the user is forced to create a personal password. From that moment on, they shall be responsible for the care and safety of their password. Changes to personal information, passwords and / or simply updating the information reported to us at the time of registration can be made within the profile. These Community Standards set by SCRABIN are a complement to the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and the other legal policies of our platform, so that the provisions contained therein directly apply and / or vice versa, in relation to our users and / or clients.
This point is only valid for users who have the advantages of a lifetime plan within the Appsumo platform. According to the policy of account changes that FindThatLead has, it is totally forbidden to change your account once the Appsumo code has been verified, activated and associated with one email address. Only in cases of information theft or deactivation of the initial domain, the support department of FindThatLead will be able to study the case and decide if the activation code and therefore the plan can be transferred or not, contact [email protected] in order to explain your case and see if you're elegible or not. In all other cases it is totally forbidden to change accounts and FindThatLead is not responsible if the customer can not access anymore to the account where the code was activated.
FindThatLead does not provide refunds to users who request cancellation of Services, regardless of the reason for the request. By agreeing Terms&Conditions when registering for the first time, all users accept this refund policy with no exceptions. You may cancel your account at any time up to 24h prior payday, via email to info(at)findthatlead.com, suport(at)findthatlead.com or in the Settings section of your account's dashboard. If you cancel premium Services, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Thereafter, FindThatLead will cease charging you for paid services and will disable your paid account.
FindThatLead service is billed in advance on a monthly basis (thirty days), the official currency of the tool is USD and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds nor credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
When you register as pay user, the subscription can't be refunded. A valid credit card or PayPal account is required for paying accounts. The user recognises the payment method provided, either credit card or PayPal account is valid. Confirms that belongs to his/her personally or to the company where is working on. The user is responsible to provide valid and truthful information that recognise the cardholder as the purchaser of the service. There will be no refunds nor any type of compensation if the user provides fraudulent billing information that is not real or truthful. FindThatLead will do its best to prevent fraudulent transactions using protection systems such as Radar fraud protection, provided by Stripe, our payment processor platform.
You can cancel your subscription anytime up to 24h before payday by contacting us by mail (info(at)findthatlead.com). At the end of the monthly subscription period, you will automatically be signed up and billed for an additional subscription term of 30 days. If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you must previously contact us by mail, prior payment day (note that our servers are running in CEST time zone)
Any plans, offers and price can be modified or cancelled at any time without notice or explanation.
For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, the credit card provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle. Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of your Account. We do not accept any liability for such loss.
If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again (remember our servers are running in CEST time zone)
FindThatLead.com, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse all current or future use of the Service, or any other Findthatlead.com service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account. Findthatlead.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
